At Four Paw Friends, we want you (and your pets!) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle refunds:

Eligibility

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at support@fourpawfriends.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning your product.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Refunds can take up to 5–10 business days to appear on your account. If delayed, please check with your bank or card company first.
